6. Right of Withdrawal

Since the services provided are digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

7. Delivery and Service Process

The service starts automatically within 0–12 hours after payment approval. In case of delays, the BUYER can contact [email protected].

The SELLER declares that the services are not officially affiliated with any social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any issues related to accounts.

9. Privacy

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s jurisdiction shall have authority.

11. Enforcement

By placing an order on the site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement. The agreement is executed and fulfilled electronically.
