This Refund Policy has been prepared to determine the procedures and principles to be applied in case of purchasing digital services offered through Socivip.com.

1. Nature of the Service

All services offered on our website are considered personalized digital products that are delivered instantly. Therefore, refund processes are evaluated under Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, titled "exceptions to the right of withdrawal."

2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal is available for services that are performed instantly with user approval or provided digitally and cannot technically be reversed.

3. Refund Requests

Users may contact our support team to request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered at all
  • The order was rendered invalid due to system errors

4. Refund Process

If a refund request is deemed valid, the user will be asked to provide their bank information, and the payment will be refunded to the specified account on the same day. Depending on the payment method, the refund will be reflected in the user’s account within 3 business days.
